Krungsri ( Bank of Ayudhya PCL and its business units ) has formed a strategic partnership with asset manager Invesco to elevate its investment advisory and wealth management services.

The collaboration brings together Krungsri’s deep local expertise with Invesco’s global investment perspectives. It is part of the Thai lender’s efforts to advance its role as an investment and wealth advisory bank.

As preferred partners, Invesco and Krungsri will work closely together to enhance the bank’s advisory services and align allocation strategies for product launches in the Thailand market. Krungsri also aims to leverage Invesco’s expertise to build a multi-asset discretionary portfolio management platform.

“Krungsri firmly believes that our partnership with Invesco  will be  a key catalyst  in  shaping the  future of  our investment advisory and wealth management businesses –one of the bank’s core strategic priorities – while creating stable and sustainable financial opportunities for our wealth clients,” says Krungsri president and chief executive officer Kenichi Yamato.

Invesco Asia-Pacific chief executive Andrew Lo adds: “By combining Invesco’s global investment expertise with Krungsri’s strong local network, we are laying the foundation for long-term success  and aiming to set new standards of excellence for investing in this partnership.”
